At the "Save in" box, left click the down arrow and point to the directory where you would like to store the image at. (We recommend C:\My Documents\My Pictures)
Rename it if you wish and left click the "Save" button.

(Note: Once saved to your hard drive, you can choose it as your background through Windows Desktop Properties)
